China Commences Operation of 5G Mobile Network-Based Bus

China has taken internet revolution to higher pedestal, making a breakthrough in internet bus transportation service in the South.
Apparently, a fifth-generation mobile network-based bus commenced operation in Nanning City, South China’s Guangxi Autonomous Region. This is the latest progress of China’s application of its newest internet connectivity to the public transportation.
The internet connectivity provides passengers facilities to have access to the 5G wi-fi service while on transit on the Number 16 bus running through Nanning City center and high data rate on their mobile devices.
The 5G network had already been used on a bus route in southwest China’s Chengdu City in 2018. The technology has also been successfully tested on high-speed trains.
Other Chinese cities are ready to join the internet revolution, indicating interests to apply the new communications technology.
